Request: Create a tool in printed and digital forms that can be used by safety managers to diagnose and remedy issues with earplug fitting in workers on-the-spot.
Considerations: Incorporate all information on the existing 8.5 x 11” chart. Must follow Howard Leight branding regarding color, fonts, and tone, and utilize the existing “sound spectrum” design element. Should be easy to use technically speaking as well as in ease of understanding informationally how to diagnose and solve earplug fitting problems.
Solution: In printed form, a spiral bound booklet with an introductory section showing general earplug types and fitting information. Interior pages feature common fitting issues, their symptoms, and the solution for corrective action.
The digital version utilizes the same visual elements, with enhanced features such as links to relevant how-to videos and additional content.
